How long is footage kept?
As long as you need. We size storage for how far back you'd realistically look, based on the number of cameras, resolution and how much recording happens each day.
Can I watch from my phone safely?
Yes. We set up remote viewing without opening risky ports on your network, so you can check in from anywhere without creating a way in for someone else.
Will the cameras work at night?
We choose cameras for the lighting in each spot, including low-light and night vision where it's needed, and test the picture before we finish.
Can cameras connect to our door access system?
Yes. Linking them means a door event, like a denied badge, takes you straight to the matching footage. See Access Control.
